I've had my 94TT for almost 6 years. The first 5 years were flawless - only expenses were routine maintainance (gas, tires, and the timing belt). But this year alone I've spent about 10k on it. Mostly for preventative maintainance like full suspension redo, brakes, lines, and a bunch of cosmetic stuff. Plus I'm now pulling the plenum to do all hoses and injectors. My Z is completely mint though and most of my outlays have been optional. I hope to get another 5 years out of this car. My hope is this year is the one of the last big outlays of money I put into it, but I seriously doubt it. These cars are getting old, and cars never improve with age. I'm sure I can look forward to turbos or worse going later on. I could probably get a new 350z or G35 for the same cost as owning my current TT. But I like my Z more right now, although it ain't cheap.
